Research Use Only Policy

Every product sold by Solute Labs (“Solute Labs”) is supplied for laboratory research use only. This policy is part of our Terms of Sale.
Permitted use
Products may be used only for lawful in-vitro and laboratory research by qualified persons in an appropriate setting.
Prohibited use
Products must not be:
- Used in or on humans or animals, including veterinary use.
- Consumed, ingested, or introduced into the body by any route.
- Used as, or incorporated into, a drug, food, dietary supplement, or cosmetic.
- Used for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes.
- Resold or supplied to anyone for any of the purposes above.
Attestations
When you register and again at each checkout, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that all purchases are for lawful laboratory research use only. We keep a timestamped record of each confirmation.
No usage guidance
We do not provide dosing, protocols, preparation instructions for human or animal use, or advice of any kind on using our products. We will not respond to such requests.
Our rights
We may refuse or cancel any order, and suspend or close any account, if we have reason to believe a product may be used outside this policy.
Handling and compliance
Purchasers are responsible for safe handling, storage, and disposal, and for complying with all laws and regulations that apply to them and their research.
Documentation
Where a certificate of analysis is provided, it applies only to the lot it identifies.
